A quick followup to tonight's earlier post regarding the explosion of our home. Nano, the older of our cats, seems finally to be regaining a bit of confidence. She was ENTIRELY overwhelmed by her experience of the explosion. Finally, earlier tonight on this eighth day, she sought me out and more or less insisted on nestling together with me. Between the time of the incident and now, she's avoided any contact with me. What a relief! I've felt so badly for her...finally a sign suggesting she seems to be coming to terms with such a major upheaval in her life and returning to her normal and sweet self...
